ADELAIDE ST PROJECT

This project was known as the Hoarders house the house that needed a lot of work. We transformed this home from being one of the most terrible in the street to a stunning north facing modern 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom home. This project truly had a beautiful ambience about it from the moment you walked through the front door.

The colours and designs that we used on this property bought a very coastal, calm and chic look to the property. This home was truly unique a design and colour scheme that would never date over time. We made a few adjustments to the floor plan and created an outdoor entertainment area flowing from the kitchen/dining area. Situated in a desirable location close to beaches, shops and schools the stylish materials and finishes matched the locations expectations.

I sold this house in Feb 2024 knowing that the new owners were going to do a renovation. It was divided into 2 flats very dated interior, exterior all needing lots of work. August 2024 I was invited back to the house a transformation doesn’t describe the change enough. The renovation was very well thought out from the moment you entered the front door the wide hallway led to the stunning view. You can only describe the house as expansive all rooms are spacious. The result is a stunning renovated home with lots of luxury attention to detail. Well done!
